Agape will evaluate, Define, Assess and monitor supplier performance in terms of Quality, delivery and service levels and establish associated metrics for defect rates, product reliability, functional performance, timeliness, responsiveness and availability of technical support.

Agape can perform the VT inspections and review documentation and Work Instructions. An Independent 3rd party NATA/ILAC-certified organisation will be utilised/engaged to perform the testing where applicable.

Agape Engineers Provides Welding engineering, Management and inspection services to our clients from concept through to commissioning and asset integrity. We provide an interface between the Client and contractors to ensure that all aspects of welding quality are addressed according to applicable standards, Acts, Regulations and Client Specification.

Agape Engineers (SME) can support your organisation, providing the service where the Client specification (EN15085, EN ISO 14731, EN/DIN 2303 or AS/NZS ISO 3834) requiresa Certified International Welding Engineer.

Agape Engineers (NACE/Icorr/ACA/CINI Qualified) Provides Consultancy in Coating selection based on the Materials, corrosion category, Coating system requirements and durability requirements as per the Purchasers requirements.

Agape will define and conduct supplier audits, evaluate corrective and preventative action plans, provide feedback, and monitor process improvements.

Agape can perform the supplier certification as per the Customer's request,.

Supplier Logistics and Material Acceptance – Describe the impact purchased products and services can have on final product assembly or total service package – including the commissioning, operational and insurance spares. Develop the incoming material inspection process.

Agape Engineers are qualified and experienced to squad check the procurement package and identify any Quality Gaps and raise this with the Procurement Team. This will allow the supplier or Purchaser to procure a complying service/product. (Note: The Purchaser shall be aware of the local duties &/ tax related to the procurement packages, including any risk due to the Anti-Dumping Regulations applicable to the respective packages/products).

Agape can provide the Customer with the necessary skill set and personality to match the organisational culture and most demanding environments. Agape can help collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure materials, assemblies, and components meet the quality, specification, standard and design requirements needed (Order of Precedence as per the executed contract/deed)
